Search for "FiveM Application Data" in your Windows search bar.
>> Open the folder and open the "cache" file
>> Delete "Cache" "Server-Cache" & "Server-Cache-Priv" [ Do NOT delete "game-storage" file! ]
Erase deleted cache files from recycle bin.
Done!
