Unlicensed Operation of Vehicle

Drives a vehicle without a proper license.
Illegal U-turn
Infraction $750
Performing a U-turn that is within City Limits, or crosses lanes of traffic.
Illegal Passing

Passing another vehicle by a shoulder, median, or solid lines. Passing must be completely made without interfering with safe operation of any approaching vehicle from the opposite direction.
